Sustainable Marketing for a Low Carbon Food Future
Welcome to the edexistant.com Sustainable Marketing Project. This project was completed as part of an assessment for ‘Sustainable Marketing’ in 2011 at Australian National University. I focus on the concept of a ‘low carbon future’, with regards to food. The idea of the project is to think about how we might be able to market a ‘low carbon future’ in food so that a change in attitude or behaviour is achieved. This project both explores how, as well as attempting to achieve that goal.
